Tonight I made pork fajita's. First, I marinated some pork stir-fry strips in lime juice and minced garlic. Use about 1/2 t. minced garlic and maybe 1/4 c. lime juice. I let it sit for about 20 minutes. Fifteen would probably be okay as well.When it was done marinating, I added about a fourth of a fajita seasonings packet and cooked the pork. When it was close to done I added some bell pepper. Add the bell pepper sooner if you want it softer.
